1. Service Description

OddsOps is a sports betting analytics platform that provides AI-powered pick recommendations across NBA, NHL, Tennis, and Soccer. We analyze odds, player data, and historical trends to generate picks and insights.

OddsOps is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, process, or facilitate any wagers. All betting activity occurs on third-party sportsbooks that you choose independently. We have no affiliation with any sportsbook.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use OddsOps. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Terms

Accounts are created through Discord OAuth. Each person may maintain only one OddsOps account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your account access or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent platform restrictions.

4. Subscription & Billing

OddsOps offers a premium subscription at $20 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Disclaimer — No Financial Advice

All picks, predictions, analysis, and recommendations provided by OddsOps are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Past performance does not predict future results. Winning percentages and track records reflect historical data only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future success.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, including the choice of sportsbook, bet sizing, and bankroll management. OddsOps is not liable for any losses incurred from acting on our picks or analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

All picks, analysis, models, algorithms, and content on OddsOps are proprietary. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share premium picks or analysis without written permission. Personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsOps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OddsOps in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of OddsOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
