OddsOps is a sports betting analytics platform. We publish tracked picks, betting cards, historical results, analysis, and related tools for informational and entertainment purposes.
OddsOps is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, process bets, or place bets for users. Any betting activity happens on third-party sportsbooks that you choose independently.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use OddsOps. By using OddsOps, you confirm that sports betting is legal for you where you live and that you are responsible for following your local laws.
You may sign in through supported providers such as Discord, Google, or Whop. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, attack the platform, or violate these terms.
Paid access is managed through Whop. Whop and its payment partners handle checkout, payment processing, billing records, taxes where applicable, and subscription management. OddsOps does not store your full credit card number or CVV.
Subscription pricing, trial terms, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown during checkout. You may cancel through the billing flow provided by Whop. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, partial-month refunds are not guaranteed.
OddsOps content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on OddsOps is financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Sports betting involves risk. Past performance, win rates, model results, and historical records do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions, bet sizing, and bankroll management.
OddsOps may keep pick records, statuses, dates, markets, odds, bookmakers, and results as part of our public track record. We may correct grading mistakes when reliable source data shows that a result was recorded incorrectly.
The public record is part of the service. It should not be read as a promise of future performance.
OddsOps may publish cards, recaps, public results, and promotional updates to Discord, X, Whop, or other official OddsOps channels. We do not authorize users to impersonate OddsOps or repost paid content as their own.
If you submit content to an OddsOps community channel, such as a slip image or comment, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not post personal information, illegal content, harassment, or anything you do not have permission to share.
OddsOps content, cards, analysis, models, branding, software, and site design are owned by OddsOps or its licensors. You may use the service for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, bulk copy, or publicly repost paid OddsOps content without written permission.
OddsOps depends on third-party data providers, hosting providers, payment providers, Discord, Whop, X, Google, and sportsbooks. Data may be delayed, missing, changed, or wrong. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsOps and its operators are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of OddsOps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OddsOps in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the site, Discord, email, or another reasonable channel. Continued use of OddsOps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
