When you sign in with Discord, we receive and store:

  • Your Discord user ID
  • Your Discord username and display name
  • Your email address (if provided by Discord)
  • Your Discord avatar URL

We also store your subscription status and pick history as part of normal service operation.

2. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Account creation and authentication
  • Managing your subscription status
  • Delivering picks and analytics
  • Tracking pick history and performance metrics
  • Communicating service updates when necessary

4. What We Don't Do

We do not:

  • Sell your personal data to anyone
  • Share your data with third parties, except Stripe for payment processing
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Track you across other websites

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie managed by NextAuth to keep you signed in. This cookie is HttpOnly and Secure, meaning it cannot be accessed by JavaScript and is only transmitted over encrypted connections.

We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Pick history is retained permanently as part of our public track record and performance transparency.

If you delete your account, your personal data (Discord ID, username, email) will be removed. Historical pick records may be retained in anonymized form for performance tracking.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of OddsOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
